1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the au777 website, mobile platform, or any associated service, and by completing the account registration process, you — the player — unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with au777's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or supplementary terms published for specific games, sports markets, tournaments, or promotional campaigns.

3 Account Registration

Typical wagering requirements range from 20× to 40× the bonus amount received.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are legally prohibited from online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Using any software, script, bot, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner that simulates or replaces human play.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

au777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where au777 reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have engaged in any form of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• You have provided false or unverifiable identity documentation.
• au777 has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds deposited into your account are derived from illegal activity.
• A regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution has directed au777 to suspend or close your account.
• You have requested self-exclusion through au777's responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed or suspended due to a breach of these terms, au777 reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms that a breach occurred, the retained balance may be forfeited in whole or in part as a remedy for the breach.

Voluntary account closure: You may request voluntary closure of your au777 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, please ensure that all pending withdrawal requests have been processed and that any active bonus wagering requirements have been addressed. au777 will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days of receipt.

9 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit au777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by au777's own negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
